My work includes internal updates, external stakeholder communications, and promotional campaigns each crafted to drive engagement and reinforce brand identity. From concept and copywriting to design and distribution, I manage the full process to ensure every send feels polished and purposeful. I have also create product guides and user guides to help customers.
